A Note to Our Loyal Customers: Our COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Thanks to everyone who’s called us for service over the last four-and-a-half decades! We appreciate you, your business, and your trust! Just like each of you, we’re extremely concerned about the coronavirus pandemic. We hope you can take comfort in knowing that we will never send a technician into the field who’s been diagnosed with any contagious illness, not just this new coronavirus.

How We Provide Safe Service

We do our best to adhere to the WHO and USCDC recommendations for no contact and maintaining physical separation as much as can reasonably be expected while in the home, so please don’t be offended when we keep our distance and don’t shake hands or hand you anything directly.

We also carry gloves and disinfectant supplies and will use them before, during, and after service – we may also ask to use a sink where we can wash our hands with soap that we bring with us since it’s the most effective method of ensuring we don’t spread COVID-19.

If you have any questions or concerns about our safeguards or you wish to reschedule your appointment for any reason, such as a household member falling ill prior to our arrival, please call us at 505.884.9177

Unfortunately, we’re also suspending walk-in business without an appointment for the time being. Our online parts store is still available, and if you have an appliance in need of repair to bring to our office location please call ahead to schedule a pick up or drop off.

Finally, we’re no longer accepting checks – the only payment methods we can process at the moment are cash and credit/debit cards.

We ask for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
Once again, thank you all so much and we look forward to helping you!
